Terms of Use – Led Haarets Application

Welcome to the “Led Haarets” mobile application (the “Application”). The Application is operated by Yehuda Pinchas (the “Service Provider”).

By downloading, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Application.

1. General

The Application provides an interface for controlling compatible hardware devices via Bluetooth. The Application is provided “AS IS”, without warranties of any kind.

2. Use of the Application

  • The Application is intended for users aged 16 and older.
  • You agree not to misuse or interfere with the Application or violate applicable laws.
  • Your use of the connected hardware is entirely at your own risk.
  • The Application is not intended for critical or medical use.

3. Permissions

  • Bluetooth / BLE – to scan for and connect to your hardware device.
  • Location – required by Android for BLE scanning.
  • Storage – to load firmware update files or documents.

4. Intellectual Property

All rights to the Application, including code, design, interface, and associated materials, are owned by the Service Provider. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or distribute the Application without written permission.

5. Firmware Updates (OTA)

  • The Application allows firmware updates to compatible devices.
  • Updates are performed at the user’s discretion and responsibility.
  • The Service Provider is not liable for damages caused by failed or incorrect updates.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service Provider shall not be liable for any damages—direct or indirect—resulting from the use of the Application or connected hardware. No guarantee is made regarding uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Authentication and Security

Some features require entering an access PIN for your hardware device. The Service Provider does not store user access codes. You are responsible for protecting your own credentials.

8. Changes to the Terms

The Service Provider may update these Terms occasionally. Posting changes on this page shall constitute sufficient notice.

9. Service Termination

The Service Provider may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Application at any time without prior notice.
